Implemented production control systems to control order schedules, work in progress, efficiency reporting and stock control.  Designed and implemented quality management systems to capture product data for quality analysis and to measure the cost of “non” quality

 

SEAMS and SEW-EASY

SEAMS is an acronym for Stich Engineering and Method System.  SEAMS provide a system for measuring manufacturing methods, and establishing standard times and costs for sewn products.  These include amongst others, garments, shoes, luggage, upholstery, leather goods and household textiles. Sew-Easy is the computerised version.
